Who doesn't love an eclectic mix of grey? Since grey has so many variations whether it is more brown, blue, cream, green, purple, or beige...we thought we would show them all some love! This quilt uses 16 of our favorite greys made into over-sized, elongated 4-patches. We did a mix of wovens, plaids, and cotton prints...a good shake up of florals, geometrics, scripts, stripes, and soothing tonals...which makes this classic, simple quilt quietly elegant with a touch of sophistication.

***greys in kit will vary from picture...however, i promise they will be gorgeous and the final quilt will have the same vintage, contemporary feel***
***keep in mind that we are always getting in new greys to add to the Beachy in Greys kits...if you've purchased a kit or kits and would like similar fabrics please let me know in the "note to seller". then just drop me a convo with pictures of your current beachy so i can do my best to get you a close grouping***
***if you would like the kit more masculine...we can put together a kit without the florals...just let me know in the note to seller.
***kit includes several woven and one-way/script fabrics that are cut directly off the bolt. These fat quarters are NOT to be "straightened". Part of the charm of this quilt is that plaids, stripes and one-ways are just a little off...some script prints have words and motifs going both ways. If you prefer your wovens and one-ways "straight" ADDITIONAL fat quarters will have to be purchased.
***kit includes fabric from top design houses within the industry (Moda, Marcus, Diamond Textiles, Windham, Riley Blake, & Andover to name a few). All fabrics are quilt shop only quality...please keep this mind as some wovens may seem to be a different weight...whether thicker or thinner this depends upon the weave of the fabric as some may be "silky" wovens and others may be a Picket Fence woven. All are high quality fabrics...we only use the best!

**some greys may seem to be more brown...these are Greige prints and walk the line of grey; they add such a lovely dimension to the quilt. Also...when pairing grey with tea dye/cream in some wovens they sometimes take on a more greige/brown color.**
***The pattern is called Beachy since the original quilt had a lighter, airier feel...we have redone it and now call it Beachy in Grey...no different than a quilt called Christmas Stars being made out of Americana fabric***

please be aware when purchasing papers and templates...that the template is only included in options that have the pack amount followed by a reference to the template...whether "+tem", "/tem", "+acrylic", etc.

I actually am not sure about the quality of this item- it never reached me. I reached out to the seller after a period of time as the item did not arrive. After many emails (which I initiated) it appeared the problem was with the courier. The company itself basically said it was the couriers problem and asked me to pursue it. I turned it back to the company to solve as they had taken my money yet I was without the product which I paid for. Overall- not the best company to deal with- the owner did contact the courier and the product was sent back to him. There was no follow up email- the product shows as being refunded but I have not received my money back, weeks later. Poor communication and customer service.

I may be pickier than most but I had to go out and buy 3 replacement fat quarters because the design was going in the wrong direction on 1, on 2 others, the stripes horizontal and vertical were very crooked. The material wasn’t beachy at all.
