yes...but keep in mind...that custom orders are non-returnable.

shipping is via USPS ground advantage or priority.

returns?

in the event that a return has been agreed upon.
if item(s) have been shipped, please return item(s) in original condition. this means that item should be able to be resellable without having to replace any part of it.
Example...bundle is tied with ribbon and tag...it should be returned with ribbon and tag.
refund will be for the price of the item(s) only (-a 25% restocking fee)...shipping will not be refunded.

delayed or lost package?

we cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost, stolen packages. please check with your local post office first...they may have it.
if the item has insurance i can put in a claim, and we can go from there.

item availability?

please keep in mind...we have a storefront...so we may have more or on occasion less than what you purchased.

free shipping?

in order to remain fair to our instore customers (some of which travel a distance to visit us)...we do not offer free shipping to our online customers.

international shipping?

international shipping is expensive and varies by country and weight of item(s) ordered. i have set shipping high to cover everyone. shipping overage will be refunded after item(s) have shipped.
be aware...items will be shipped with tracking and possibly insurance just in case an item is lost in transit. if you opt to ship without we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

epp papers and acrylic templates?

please be aware when purchasing papers and templates...that the template is only included in options that have the pack amount followed by a reference to the template...whether "+tem", "/tem", "+acrylic", etc.

cannot download pdf

please convo me if you are having issues with your PDF (i do not always see reviews...so they are not the best way to contact me).
--pdfs cannot be downloaded to a mobile device
--find the order that contains the pdfs then to the right there will be a "download files" button
